Olde Florida Chop House
The Olde Florida Chop House inside the Trianon Hotel in Bonita Bay captures the best of two worlds – a classical steakhouse and beautiful old Florida. The decor combines dark wood paneling, blue accents, tropical palms, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake on Bonita Bay. “It’s very welcoming and very refreshing,” says general manager, Addison Hyre.
The restaurant’s menu offers the best meat and seafood available on the market. Its wagyu steak is wildly popular, seasoned only with salt and pepper and finished with a house-made steak butter. “We keep it simple,” says Chef Leonardo Garcia.
The Chop House brings this same philosophy to its seafood. Though Chef Leonardo uses the flavors of mango, papaya, pineapple and passion fruit to infuse his sauces, he seasons his seafood with a light touch. “We purchase the highest quality fish and steaks we can buy. We let the food speak for itself.”
