TORONTO FACIAL PLASTIC SURGERY

"Helping my patients achieve their goals can drastically improve their lives."

Armed with extensive experience, compassion and artistic acumen, Andres Gantous, MD, FRCS(C) transforms his patients’ appearances — in turn, giving them self-esteem, confidence and ultimately happiness.
An esteemed otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon, Dr. Gantous practices facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. "I come from a very artistic family," he recalls. "Facial plastic surgery is an artistic expression within medicine, which has always appealed to me."
Establishing his thriving practice in 1994, Dr. Gantous has helped scores of patients while always emphasizing the importance of personal care. "We spend a long time educating the patient, often erasing preconceived notions," he explains. "It's usually a very satisfying process."
Offering a wide variety of treatments and procedures that encompass everything from non-invasive rejuvenation to surgical solutions such as facelifts and rhinoplasty, Dr. Gantous and his staff take a personalized approach. "We carefully consider the goals and expectations of patients and that allows us to tailor and fine-tune the treatment to their exact needs," he asserts. "People are often surprised by all of the things that can be done, especially on the non-surgical side."
Looking back on his years in practice, Dr. Gantous notes the constantly evolving nature of his field, observing, "Today, we have a much better understanding of the ageing process so our work has changed significantly, making it easier to restore youthfulness."
"For centuries, people have tried to change the way that they look, using everything from makeup and tattooing to varying surgical procedures," concludes Dr. Gantous. "It's tremendously satisfying to be able to help people make such large and fulfilling changes."
