Under the careful direction of owner Charlotte Loaring, beautiful form and impeccable function merge seamlessly at Loaring Physiotherapy & Health Centre’s new 5400-square-foot location. Designed and built by Passa Associates and Petretta Construction, in collaboration with Loaring staff and clientele, the end result is a state-of-the-art “dream” facility with an abundance of natural light. Featuring a gallery with selections from one of the world’s largest collections of Olympic sports memorabilia, Loaring’s inspiring environment has elicited rave reviews. Meticulous attention to detail is proportionate with the dedication one experiences at Loaring. From a team of 12-plus multi-disciplinary health professionals, to ongoing medical research studies and lectures by international speakers, this is clearly a place devoted to education and client service. “We firmly support ongoing learning,” explains Charlotte. “High experience and education are standard for us as we all strive to be role models for our clients.” As a third generation family business owner, Charlotte credits her family’s input and experience in helping her company exceed all expectations. She also draws support from her brother James Loaring, owner of Loaring Personal Coaching, an online and in-person program serving local athletes. With a reputation for manually-based treatment of complex orthopaedic issues, Loaring’s staff cares for many high profile athletes. Their community involvement includes serving as part of the medical team for last year’s Olympic trials and raising over $100,000 in research scholarships, encouraging students in medical-related fields to stay close “We are proud of our wonderful city, our passion and the positive energy we communicate,” says Charlotte. “People always comment, ‘You guys look like you love what you do.’ And you know, it’s absolutely true.” |
