For Windsor Tri-County Regional Director Trevor LeDrew, CFP, the firm’s multi-generational history of success has been the springboard for bringing their office to a ranking among the top Investors Group offices in Canada. As one of Investors Group’s younger Regional Directors, Trevor oversees a 70-member team that includes eight branch managers and more than a half billion dollars in client assets. Recently Trevor was appointed to Investors Group’s exclusive Executive Advisory Council. “I am strongly influenced by our firm’s founding fathers,” states Trevor. “Harry McEwen and Bill Roth set the pathway to success, building their reputation on incredible wisdom and years of experience. There are many role models and it is my goal to bring their positive impact to people in our community.” Taking his leadership role to heart, Trevor mentors his team to develop client relationships based on strategic opportunities that lead to effective planning. This has resulted in high client retention with individuals choosing Investors Group over other firms because of the company’s consistent track record, even during economic downturns. Ending December 2008, the Region experienced one of its greatest years ever serving the Windsor Tri-County area. “Our corporate approach is to provide our clients with innovative financial plans and a range of financial options customized to each individual’s needs.
