At Tilden Ross Jewelers on St. Armands Circle, Richard and Gail Ross express their passion for jewelry, fine design and superior customer service by creating a welcoming environment and engaging shopping experience, drawing clients back time and time again. It’s evident that Tilden Ross is truly a special place when a customer is overheard saying, “I love everything in this store.” “We treat people like guests in our home,” explains Gail. “It gives us great pleasure when our clients become our friends.” Celebrating the family-owned business’ 60th anniversary, the couple agrees that jewelry is their life. With an uncanny foresight for successful new trends, Gail is often the first in the U.S. to discover Europe’s most decorated designers like Scavia, for example. Also on display are pieces from the internationally renowned Rodney Rayner, Alex Sepkus, Judith Ripka and Yvel. Each designer’s work is carefully evaluated and selected by both Richard and Gail. Tilden Ross has taken their place as a nationally recognized couture jeweler, receiving the highly coveted JCK Top Ten Designer Retailer award from the leading trade association in the U.S. Now in their third generation, son David has joined the business and is launching an expansive new website which will enable people from all over the world to view the beautiful collections.
