So when she and her husband Ferruh Muktar permanently moved down to Florida five years ago, they decided to alleviate the stress for others by founding Key Concierge. Arranging landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control are just a few of the myriad of services Key Concierge offers their U.S. and international clients. Acting as their “eyes and ears,” Key Concierge’s five-person staff and carefully vetted suppliers visit on a regular basis, performing security checks and overseeing design and renovation projects. Regular email communication is standard – should a problem arise, an immediate phone call is made to the client.

When clients arrive, they are delighted to discover a stocked refrigerator, crisply made up beds, fresh flowers and chilled wine – a sense of relaxation sets in immediately.

And the service doesn’t stop there – whether there is a need for a personal chef, personal trainer, nanny or massage therapist, Key Concierge takes care of it all with extreme competence and the utmost discretion.

Susan, Ferruh and key team member Doug MacKenzie provide year round service for all corners of Sarasota including Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, Siesta Key and Longboat Key.
