Blending extraordinary culinary talents and boundless creative energies, the partners of Gordon’s Gourmet have introduced a unique, multi-dimensional catering experience. With incredible imagination and flawless attention to detail, Gordon and Brent offer a range of concierge culinary services including: high-end catering for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs and holiday parties; five-star, multi-course wine dinners served in the comfort of clients’ homes; gourmet meals personally delivered every two days; aviation and yacht catering; and artistically presented banquets for major events. Pleasing to the eye and to the palate, gourmet meals have become a significant portion of their business. Gordon and Brent plan, shop and prepare fresh (never frozen!), delectable meals to each client’s tastes or dietary specifications. With resumes that would impress the most discerning connoisseur, the pair remains warm, friendly and accommodating. Gordon graduated top of his class from the Florida Culinary Institute, was a chef at the Ritz-Carlton in Palm Beach and served as private chef for a Palm Beach couple before working at the Bird Key Yacht Club. Brent graduated as valedictorian from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, apprenticed at Hotel Hershey, and was a chef at America’s #1 private city club, Pittsburgh’s Duquesne Club, before his seven-year tenure as executive chef at the Bird Key Yacht Club. Together, they share an exciting vision that includes expanding to more locations and launching a delicious new dessert – Gordon’s Gourmet Macaroons. Certainly fitting for partners who have discovered that life is very sweet. |
