Today, as a team of more than 70 passionate artisans and support staff – sharing centuries of combined experience – Thomas Riley Artisans’ Guild is capable of executing a complete interior project or creating a one-of-its-kind furniture masterpiece. As part of its core values, Thomas Riley Artisans’ Guild fosters a true “shoulder-to-shoulder” work ethic, where each department collaborates with the others to evolve a project from its earliest sketches to the final finishing touches. From draftsmen who turn visions into blueprints, to artisans who turn blueprints into finished products, to installers who turn finished products into showcases, each team member is committed to providing monumental quality products and white glove customer service. This confluence of quality and service makes each piece, each project, truly extraordinary and defines the Thomas Riley Artisans’ Guild experience. The company also maintains a firm dedication to community; all team members are encouraged to give back through charitable contributions and volunteering. Collectively, they support local youth organizations, academic and healthcare programs and provide mentorship for local students interested in fine woodworking and the decorative arts. Based in Naples, Florida, the work of Thomas Riley Artisans’ Guild is showcased in exclusive communities throughout the world, including Naples, Manhattan, Long Island’s north shore, Palm Beach and the Caribbean. The company operates from its 32,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility, which houses design, engineering, manufacturing and finishing departments, as well as administrative offices and showrooms.
