Sharing a vision that integrity, honesty and a commitment to design excellence is the formula for an extraordinary Southwest Florida architecture and planning corporation, Rocco and Larry provide a wide range of services including: architecture, master planning, due diligence evaluation, space analysis and construction administration.

Well established and known within the industry for his exceptional design talents, Larry previously owned a firm where he designed the NBC/ABC affiliate broadcast studio addition and renovation. An award-winning architect with worldwide project experience, Rocco offers clients versatility and meticulous attention to detail.

Brought together by the common goal of devoting more time and attention to each client, both gentlemen are committed to personalized service and to creating buildings that stand the test of time.

“We dedicate equal attention to function and design, with a philosophy that every detail from the exterior to the interior, the seen and unseen, must work together in harmony,” says Rocco.

“We listen to our clients and then become the link from their vision to reality,” explains Larry. “We work as a cohesive team with owners, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure every detail is correct.”

With projects spanning from Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties, Larry and Rocco abide by the basic tenet of the Golden Rule – living by their promise to do the right thing. “Everything we say we’re going to do, we do. No surprises,” concludes Larry.
